StampyMax® is a line of special fluids for stamping and drawing metals (tinplate, steel, aluminum, copper, brass). They provide a perfect finish without harming the environment, displace water, and offer anti-corrosion protection to machined parts.

  • Synthetic Stamping Fluid. Ideal for Heavy Stamping and Drawing.
  • Water soluble. Eco-friendly.
  • Substitute for conventional mineral oils.
  • Provides exquisite finish. Non-corrosive.
  • Cools part and tool, reducing friction.
  • Exquisite finish. Increases operation precision. Does not stain surfaces.
  • Biodegradable. Not controlled.
  • Non-toxic. Odorless. Not unhealthy (meets NR-15). Non-flammable (meets NR-16 and 20).
  • Ideal for heavy stamping and drawing, sheet metal stamping, metal strips and parts in general, presses and other part forming machines.
  • Indicated in stamping and drawing processes of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, reducing scratches on parts and tools.
  • Stamping, impregnation and drawing of sheets.
  • Ideal for ferrous metals, alloys and aluminum.
CLARUS StampyMax LIA-47
  • Multi-process stamping fluid for dry stamping and drilling.
  • Anti-corrosive: does not attack metals, painted surfaces, plastics and rubbers in general.
  • Adequate volatility.
  • Biodegradable. Not controlled. Not unhealthy.
  • Odorless and non-toxic (meets NR-15).
  • Non-flammable (meets NR-16 and 20).
  • Ideal for dry stamping and drilling.
  • Provides cooling and lubricity on the edge during the machining process.
  • Provides temporary protection against oxidation and lubricity.
  • Ideal for parts that cannot rust or oxidize.
