The release agents for plastics, thermoplastics and rotomolding assist in separating the mold from the molded material, reducing imperfections on the molded surface. Formulations with and without silicone, created for applications in plastic and thermoplastic molds (ABS, PP, PEEK, etc.), reducing breakages and flow lines. They allow post-printing or painting on parts. For rotomolding processes, water-based and solvent-based formulations were developed, which may require a preparation cycle prior to molding or not, applied to the clean mold. They generate more cycles, more speed and allow practical cleaning of molds with water-based products.
